The 16-25 Audience  Using Cross Cultural Consumer Characterisation, which divides people into 7 separate groups depending on their "core motivation". The 7 groups include: the Explorer, Aspirer, Succeeder, Reformer, Mainstream, Struggler and the Resigned. My 16-24 Audience is would be best described as Explorers, Succeeders and Reformers. Explorers  They are individuals that look for a challenge and discovery, they always want to be they people who try out new experiences and ideas and aspire to be different from other people. Their core motivation is for discovery. The Succeeders These individuals have self confidence and are very organised in everyday life. They have a strong goal orientation as they want to be successful, they are described as often having an aggressive attitude to life as their core motivation is control. The Reformers  They value their own judgement; they do what they want to do as well as being mainly anti-materialistic and are considered as

Bauer History Bauer Media UK is an entertainment network of iconic, multi-platform brands and is Europe’s largest magazine publisher. Bauer was founded in Hamburg in 1875 and now in its fifth generation of family ownership, the Bauer Media Group operates and one of the leading players in 20 countries including the UK, Germany, Poland, Australia, New Zealand and the USA and has 11,000 employees worldwide contributing to the success on a daily basis and publish more than 600 magazines.  In 1875 the lithographer, L udolph  Bauer laid the foundations for the global media company.  Ludolph set up a printing in Hamburg to produce business cards. He had various printing jobs; he launched the local advertising newspaper Rothenburgersorter Zeitung. This was later followed by Extrablatt am Montag and eventually in 1926 by Rundfunk-Kritik, a radio magazine which quickly reaches sales of over a half a million copies weekly.
