The 7 groups include: the Explorer, Aspirer, Succeeder, Reformer, Mainstream, Struggler and the Resigned. My 16-24 Audience is would be best described as Explorers, Succeeders and Reformers. Explorers They are individuals that look for a challenge and discovery, they always want to be they people who try out new experiences and ideas and aspire to be different from other people. Their core motivation is for discovery. The Succeeders These individuals have self confidence and are very organised in everyday life. They have a strong goal orientation as they want to be successful, they are described as often having an aggressive attitude to life as their core motivation is control.
